DELIVERY

Small items, small furniture, chairs, and small armchairs (where the sum of the three dimensions of the package does not exceed 200 cm):

The prices listed include shipping to mainland France, as well as to Corsica, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Germany, Italy, Portugal, and Austria, unless otherwise noted.

Your items will be shipped via Colissimo or Mondial Relay. You can let me know in the “Notes” section when placing your order if you have a preference for a specific Mondial Relay pickup location.  Delivery takes an average of 3 to 5 business days for France and Belgium, excluding periods of high order volume. In case of an emergency, please email me atr.broc.contact@gmail.comand I will do my best to accommodate you.

Furniture and bulky items (chairs and armchairs, benches, headboards, desks, etc., where the sum of the three dimensions of the package exceeds 200 cm):

Home delivery may incur an additional charge, as it requires the use of a specialized carrier; if this is the case, it will be noted in the item description. Delivery will then be made by our carrier within an average of 1 to 6 weeks, depending on the delivery schedule. Enjoy your visit!

PAYMENT

Payment on the website can be made by credit card or PayPal. You can also pay me by bank transfer. Please contact me atr.broc.contact@gmail.com for this.

If you would like to pay by check, please let me know by email, specifying:

• Please let me know which item you're referring to so I can set it aside for you and remove it from the website

• your contact information (last name, first name, address, phone number, and pickup location address if you do not wish to have your order delivered to your home)

PACKAGING

Items are carefully packaged and parcels are prepared with great care: we take the utmost care with all items, even the most valuable and fragile ones (glass, ceramics, etc.).

RETURNS

In accordance with current law, you have 14 days after receiving the product to try it at home. If you are not satisfied, you may return it at your own expense, in its original condition and packaging, to:

Upon receipt and after inspection, you will be refunded the cost of the item, minus the initial shipping cost paid by Rajàa Broc to send it to you.
