DELIVERY

Small objects, small furniture, chairs and small armchairs (where the sum of the 3 dimensions of the package does not exceed 200 cm):

The prices indicated include delivery in Metropolitan France, but also in Corsica, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Germany, Italy, Portugal and Austria unless otherwise indicated.

The items will be sent to you by Colissimo or Mondial Relay. You can indicate in the “Note” box when ordering if you have a preference for a particular Mondial Relay Point. Delivery takes on average 3 to 5 working days for France and Belgium, outside peak order periods. In case of emergency, send me an email to r.broc.contact@gmail.com and I will do my best.

Furniture and bulky items (chairs and armchairs, benches, headboards, desks, etc. where the sum of the 3 dimensions of the package is greater than 200 cm):

Home delivery may be subject to a supplement because it is then necessary to use a specialized carrier; in this case, this is indicated in the description of the item; delivery will then be made by our carrier within an average of 1 to 6 weeks depending on the tour schedule. Enjoy your visit!

 

PAYMENT

Payment on the site is made by credit card or Paypal. It is also possible to pay me by bank transfer. Contact me for this at r.broc.contact@gmail.com.

If you wish to pay by check, please let me know by email, specifying:

• what item it is so I can reserve it for you and remove it from the site

• your contact details (name, first name, address, telephone number, and address of the relay point if you do not wish to have it delivered to your home)

 

PACKAGING

The packaging of the items is careful and the packages are carefully prepared: we take the greatest care with objects, even the most precious and fragile (glass, ceramic, etc.).

RETURNS

In accordance with current law, you have 14 days after receiving the product to try it at home. If you are not satisfied, you can return it at your own expense in its original packaging to:

Upon receipt and after inspection, the item will be refunded to you less the initial delivery cost paid by Rajàa Broc to send you your item.
